We strive to provide great value through our workshops. However, if you’re not satisfied:

Refunds:

• For workshops, we do not offer refunds, except in cases of double payment or technical issues.

• For premium workshops or services: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of purchase, provided content hasn’t been accessed/downloaded.

Cancellations:

• If a session is canceled by us, full refund will be issued or rescheduled.
